  • Utilize adult learning theory, including Bloom’s Taxonomy, and relevant models of instructional design (ADDIE, Successive Approximation Model) to develop and oversee the creation and lifecycle of training content and curriculums for a wide range of topics, both technical and non-technical in nature
  • Advise content managers in the planning, development, presentation, and evaluation of complex training programs to determine the best method of delivery including: synchronous learning, asynchronous learning, and blended learning approaches
